An exhilarating “tightrope race” was held in Chongqing Municipality on Wednesday, with three fearless tightrope walkers vying to be named champion, in a race held on tightropes 300 meters above the ground. The three competitors, Aisikaier Wubulikasimu from China, Freddy Nock from Switzerland and Maurizio Morris Zavatta from Italy walked over a distance of 100 meters on the high wire for three rounds. The race took place at the scenic Wulong county region of Chongqing, with the altitude of the area around 1,200 meters above sea level. Freddy Nock was named champion as he won the race in 42.04 seconds. The competitors had to hold a balancing beam weighing over ten kilograms during the race.

Driver drags man on car bonnet upto 500 meter.Gurgaon is a city in the Indian state of Haryana located immediately south of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, 32 kilometres southwest of New Delhi and 268 kilometres southwest of Chandigarh, the state capital. A man was hit by a car and dragged for half a kilometre on its bonnet in Gurgaon near Delhi in an incident caught on camera. Prateek Kumar has told the police that he was dragged on the car, a Honda City, when its driver was trying to run away after hitting him.
I have to say that I wasn’t too sure about this Apple Kuchen when I started putting it together. I did not doubt that it would be tasty…I mean, apples and custard inside a sweet crust….yeah, that’s good, obvi. This sounded like it would be the high-rise cousin to the low-rise Alsatian Apple Tart. It’s just that I did not get off to a very good start making it.
The crust was easy enough to make and roll out, but let me tell you that getting a soft, delicate crust pressed neatly into a tall springform pan is a pain in the you-know-what. It was frustrating enough that the dough cracked into like a 1,000 pieces, but while I was pressing them back together into something crudely resembling a crust, the clasp on said springform decided to pop and now will not stay closed (actually, now it’s in the recycle bin). Ugh. I needed to go with it at that point, so Iput a tight rubber band around the pan to hold it closed, dusted cookie crumbs on the bottom, piled it full of apples and chucked it in the oven to par bake. Not my most brilliant idea, as within a few minutes, the rubber band popped in the heat and the buckle opened up again, cracking the crust. I scrambled around and found a small pie pan that was big enough to hold the springform but tight enough to keep the buckle in the closed position. The dough was still soft at that point and seemed to come back together when the pan was re-closed, but with all those apples in there, I really couldn’t tell what condition it was in

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the government will create a special mechanism to follow up on and expedite implementation of recent agreements signed with China during his visit. Speaking at a discussion on Nepal-China relations organized by the International Concern Center in the capital on Thursday, Oli said Nepal will reap benefits by implementing important agreements made with China. Prime Minister Oli further said that trade and transit, trans-border railway line, construction of international airport in Pokhara among other agreements have opened the door to a new era for development in Nepal. He was of the view that the fight for rights has been won in the country following the promulgation of the new constitution and that the country has entered in the phase of development.
Praising the development pace of China, he said Nepal has a lot to learn from China. Urging both the neighbors to respect sovereignty of Nepal, he said that nationalism does not decrease with the size of any country. "We want our neighbors to respect our sovereignty," he added. Chinese ambassador to Nepal Wu Chuntai said that China wants speedy prosperity and development in Nepal. He further said that China has given huge importance to PM Oli's visit to the country.
